Strength & Conditioning Course
The last day of the weekend was scheduled for theoretical and practical Level 4 Strength & Conditioning course provided by IQ Lifestyle that issues Active iQ certificate for Personal Trainers. This qualification aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to be able to plan, prepare, deliver, and review strength and conditioning programs that will help athletes to achieve their performance goals. Dragan lectured a group of more than 30 people, fitness instructors, and personal trainers, mainly from Gold’s Gym and Max & Aegle Club. In the presentation, he covered the physical and cognitive characteristics and their effects on the performance of elite athletes as well as practical part consisting of track and field, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, and ballistic training. It was a very constructive course with a lot of clear and precise, immediately applicable information that trainers can use to enhance the client’s results. We made new connections and had a very productive day sharing the latest strength and conditioning methods.
