The Project
The sector of physical activity, exercise, and well-being is experiencing rapid growth and appears to be a promising domain for business and professional advancement on a global scale.
The goal of this study, characterized by observation and cross-sectional analysis, was to establish the prevailing health and fitness trends in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the first time. It will encompass data from all seven emirates and examine potential variances in relation to global fitness trends for the year 2024. Employing a national online survey, following the methodology akin to regional and worldwide surveys performed by the American College of Sports Medicine since 2007, will yield valuable insights.
