The Project
The research aims to study the effects of blood flow restriction (BFR) training on enhancing performance and recovery. The study will compare BFR training to traditional resistance training methods, evaluating performance outcomes like muscle power, aerobic capacity, and muscle mass. It also aims to understand the underlying mechanisms by examining muscle damage, inflammation, and recovery markers. The findings could benefit athletes, rehabilitation patients, and those looking to optimize their exercise routines, contributing to training methodologies and exercise science. Collaboration with experts and institutions will ensure a comprehensive investigation.
